About

School software, built in Nepal

SchoolEasy runs the everyday school: registers, exams, fees, timetables, the website and admissions, with an AI assistant that does the routine work only when a person says yes.

Who builds SchoolEasy

SchoolEasy is built in Nepal by Sajan Rajbanshi, a full-stack software engineer who designs, builds and runs the whole product: the web platform, the Android app, the AI assistant and the school websites.

It is made for private schools that are opening, growing or moving off paper and spreadsheets, in Nepal first and wherever schools run the same way.

What SchoolEasy stands for

The school owns its records

Student data is used to run the school and nothing else: never sold, never used for advertising, and exportable whenever the school wants it.

People decide, AI helps

The assistant prepares changes; a person approves them. It works within that person's permissions and never beyond them.

Fee money is the school's

Parents pay the school's own payment account. SchoolEasy never holds fee money and takes no cut of it.

Priced for where you are

Prices are set per country in the local currency, and the Free plan runs a small school with no card and no time limit.

Honest about what it does

Every feature page says what the product does today and which plans include it. If something is not there yet, we say so.

Built with schools

Features are shaped by the pilot schools that use SchoolEasy every day, and their feedback goes straight to the person who builds it.
