What each person does in the app

Parents

Attendance, results and report cards, fees and online payment, the exam routine and seat, timetable, calendar, notices, materials and documents for each child, with leave requests and a switch between children.

Students

Everything their parents see for them, plus assignments: scan handwritten pages with the phone's document scanner and turn the work in.

Teachers

Take attendance, create and mark assignments with ticks and pen marks on the pages, enter exam marks, see invigilation duties, write materials and use the AI assistant.

Principals and staff

The people directory, admissions, substitute cover, exam operations, the activity log and payment ledger, notices and the assistant, as far as each person's access allows.

Fees paid from the phone, receipts kept on it

Parents see each installment, what is paid and what is due, and pay through the school's own Khalti, eSewa or Razorpay checkout without leaving the app. The receipt is there as soon as the payment is confirmed.

The app is in early access: pilot schools get it directly from SchoolEasy. Ask about it during your demo.

Frequently asked questions

Is the app on the Play Store?

Not yet. The Android app is in early access for pilot schools, who get it directly from SchoolEasy. Ask about access during your demo.

Is there an iPhone app?

Not yet. The app is Android only for now; parents on an iPhone use SchoolEasy in their phone's browser, with the same account.

Do parents need a separate login?

No. Parents use the username and password the school gives them, the same on the web and in the app, and switch between their children inside it.

Can parents pay fees in the app?

Yes, where the school has connected Khalti, eSewa or Razorpay. Payments go to the school's own merchant account and the receipt appears in the app.

Which SchoolEasy plans include the parent and teacher app?

Included in every plan, Free too. The Free plan is free for schools with up to 300 students, with no card needed and no time limit. The pricing page shows every plan in your own currency.
