What payroll covers
A monthly salary per person
Each teacher and staff member has a monthly base salary on their profile, visible only to those allowed to see salaries.
Payments by month
Record what was paid for each month: the amount, the method, a reference and a note. A payment recorded by mistake can be voided.
Salary slips
A PDF salary slip for every payment, from the school's own template. Staff download their own from their account.
Salaries stay private
Payroll is a permission an administrator gives to named staff. Teachers see only their own salary.
Attendance and leave beside it
The staff register and approved leave are in the same place, so the office can check a month before paying it.
Export for the accountant

Frequently asked questions
Does SchoolEasy calculate tax, provident fund or allowances?
No. SchoolEasy keeps each person's monthly salary and the payments made against it, with a salary slip for each. Work out deductions in your accounting software and record the amount paid.
Can teachers download their own salary slips?
Yes. Each teacher and staff member sees their own salary payments and downloads their slips from their account.
Who can see salaries?
Only the administrator and staff they have given payroll access to. Everyone else sees only their own.
