Exams the way your school runs them

Exams per class or section

Terminal exams, unit tests, finals and anything else, for a class or one section. Each subject has its own full marks and pass marks.

The exam routine

Give each paper its date, start and end time, duration and instructions. The routine appears on the admit card and in each student's account.

A mark sheet like a spreadsheet

Teachers fill a grid for their own sections, mark a cell or a whole row absent and add remarks per subject. A subject's full and pass marks lock once results are saved, so totals cannot shift underneath you.

Marks by asking

The AI assistant can enter a whole mark sheet from a list you paste or attach, shown to you as a change to approve before anything is saved.

Your own grade scale

Set your letters, the minimum percentage for each and its grade point, up to a 10-point scale. SchoolEasy checks the scale for gaps and overlaps before you save it.

Report cards as PDFs

Subjects with full, pass and obtained marks, grade and grade point, totals, percentage, GPA, overall grade, attendance, the grading legend and signatures. One student, or a whole section in one PDF.

Parents and students see results the day they are saved

Marks count the moment a teacher saves them. Students and parents see their results and download their own report card on the web or in the Android app, so the school office stops printing copies for every family.

Admit cards carry the student's exam routine with the room, bench and seat from the seating plan. If you choose, an admit card can be held while fees are overdue, and released for one student when the office agrees.

Frequently asked questions

Can we use the NEB letter grading scale?

Yes. The grade scale is yours to set: enter NEB's letters, minimum percentages and grade points (A+ from 90% at 4.0 down to D from 35% at 1.6) and every report card uses them. You can use a percentage scale, a 4-point or a 10-point scale in the same way.

Can we print report cards for a whole class at once?

Yes. Report cards print for one student, or for a whole section as a single PDF ready to send to the printer.

Who can enter marks?

Teachers enter marks for the sections they teach. Creating exams and changing their subjects is for staff given exam management by an administrator.

Can students and parents download their report cards?

Yes. Each student and parent sees their own results and downloads their own report card, on the web and in the Android app.

Can the report card show our school's logo and layout?

Every report card carries the school's details. On the Gold and Platinum plans you can design your own report card and admit card layouts from blocks, and set a default design for each.
