Collecting fees online
Online fee payment isn't available for schools outside Nepal and India yet. Gold and Platinum still record cash, bank transfer and cheque payments against each installment and issue official PDF receipts.
How billing works
Prices are per school and exclude applicable taxes. You pay a base price for the plan plus a small amount for each enrolled student. Remote setup is optional: a one-time fee for us to set your school up online. We import your records, configure it and walk your staff through it on a video call, with no visit to the school. Your school owns its data on every plan.
Pay for the AI you use
One credit covers 10,000 tokens of AI work. A typical question uses 10 to 20 credits; a big job, like building a week's timetable, uses more. Every plan includes some credits, and a school can top up with a pack whenever it needs more.
