When to look at something else
SchoolEasy prices per student, so for a very large school a flat yearly licence elsewhere can cost less. It is hosted only, with no on-premise version. Online fee collection works in Nepal and India; elsewhere fees are recorded by hand with receipts. The parent and teacher app is Android only for now.

Not on Platinum. Free runs one campus of up to 300 students, Gold up to three campuses and 3,000 students, and Platinum has no limit on either.

Can we run SchoolEasy on our own servers?
