Sign up with your email or Google account. Your school, its main campus and this year's session are ready at once.

Add classes and students
Add classes and sections, then import students and teachers from a spreadsheet, or ask the assistant to set them up.

Hand out logins
Every teacher, student and parent gets a username and password, the same on the web and the app.

Why it is free

Most new and small schools start with paper registers and spreadsheets because the software they could buy is priced for schools ten times their size. The Free plan is not a trial: it is the everyday running of a small school, for as long as you like.

Schools move to a paid plan when they want fees and online collection, payroll, automations, a website or more students and campuses. An administrator can change plans from Settings at any time, and nothing is deleted if you change your mind.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Free plan a trial?

No. There is no time limit and no card needed. The Free plan is for running a small school every day; you move to a paid plan only if you need what it adds.

What happens when we outgrow the Free plan?

An administrator moves the school to Gold or Platinum from Settings. Everything you have entered stays as it is.

Can we get help setting up?

Yes. Setup is self-serve, with an optional paid onboarding if you would like SchoolEasy to set up the school with you, and you can book a demo any time.

Can a school outside Nepal and India use the Free plan?

Yes. SchoolEasy works for schools in any country, in English, with your own time zone, grade scale and, for most countries, your own currency. Online fee collection is through Khalti and eSewa in Nepal and Razorpay in India; elsewhere the paid plans record cash, bank and cheque payments with receipts.
