Zero Tracking & Advertising Cookies Commitment

SchoolEasy does NOT utilize third-party tracking cookies, marketing analytics pixels, advertising beacons, or session video-recording trackers anywhere on our platform. Your educational activities are never monitored for advertising purposes.

1. What Technologies We Use

Rather than intrusive tracking cookies, SchoolEasy utilizes standard, strictly essential browser storage mechanisms (specifically browser LocalStorage) solely to provide secure, persistent institutional access and user preferences.

2. Third-Party Embedded Technologies on Public Pages

On our public informational website, limited third-party tools are utilized exclusively for security and consultation scheduling:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile (Public Contact & Bug Report Forms): We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam and DDoS attacks against our public forms. Turnstile verifies human interaction without utilizing tracking cookies or invasive user profiling.
  • Calendly Embed (Demonstration Booking on `/contact`): For school leadership wishing to schedule a live system walkthrough, our contact page embeds a scheduling widget provided by Calendly. When interacted with, Calendly may set functional cookies necessary to manage meeting reservations.

3. What We Deliberately Exclude

To protect student and educator privacy, SchoolEasy explicitly excludes the following technologies:

No Google Analytics or GTM tracking
No Meta, TikTok, or Twitter pixels
No Hotjar, FullStory, or session recording
No advertising networks or data brokers

4. Managing Your Browser Storage

Because the tokens stored in your browser are strictly necessary for authenticating your educational account, disabling local storage will prevent you from signing in to the platform.

You can clear your stored credentials at any time by clicking the Logoutbutton in your dashboard profile menu, or by clearing your browser cache and cookies through your browser’s security settings.

5. Inquiries Regarding Platform Storage
